These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the registration process for the international 1-on-1 basketball tournament, called “King1x1”, organized by NATION OF STREET (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”) on the website king1x1.com.

2. Registration
Registration for the King1x1 tournament is done exclusively online via the website www.king1x1.com. By confirming their registration, the participant agrees to all the terms outlined in these TCS.

3. Eligibility
The tournament is open to anyone aged 18 and older unless otherwise specified in the specific rules for each country.

4. Registration Fee
The registration fee varies depending on the participant’s country, with an average cost of 30 euros. The applicable fee will be clearly indicated on the registration page before payment is confirmed.

5. Payment Terms
Payment for registration must be made online via credit card or any other secure electronic payment method available on the site. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.

6. Registration Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, the participant will receive an email confirming their registration. This confirmation must be presented during the identity check on the day of the event.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds will be issued once the registration is confirmed, except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, administrative cancellation, etc.).

8. Tournament Modification and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the dates, times, locations, or cancel the tournament in the event of exceptional circumstances. Participants will be informed as soon as possible, and provisions for refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

9. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or material damage suffered by participants during the tournament. Each participant is responsible for their own actions and is encouraged to purchase adequate personal insurance.

10. Personal Data
The personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on king1x1.com. The data is necessary for managing registration and organizing the tournament.

11. Intellectual Property
All elements related to the King1x1 event, including logos, trademarks, and content, are the property of the Organizer. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

12. Disputes
These TCS are governed by the laws of France. In case of any dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to the competent courts.
